3. CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS

The main parameters of VIO-S318 are used for a multiple configuration optimization (i.e., cardioid,
endfire).
POLARITY - Reverses polarity
DELAY - Sets delay value in [ms]
Endfire configuration example Cardioid configuration example
CARDIOID PRESET - This parameter can be
applied in a configuration like the one shown in
the figure (3-element cardioid).
It must be activated on the central subwoofer
only, mechanically turned (indicated by the
arrow). When active, it automatically sets the
Delay and Polarity values, whose controls are
thus by-passed.
