TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:

Possible malfunctions:
PROBLEM
When pressing
the on/off button,
nothing appears on
the screen.
The LCD screen

The batteries
expire quickly

PRODUCT CONSERVATION
Remove the batteries when you do not intend to use the product for
an extended period of time to prolong its shelf-life.
Protect the unit against moisture, sudden changes of temperature
and solar radiation.
Do not use the appliance close to strong magnetic fields.
Clean with a damp cloth and dry afterwards. Clean every 3-6
months.
Do not immerse the product in water or other liquid.
Ensure that the product is always stored with its protective cover
correctly positioned.
Use a swab or a soft cloth to clean the temperature sensor lens,
that can be wet with alcohol or hot water.
Conduct regular reviews of the different parts that make up the
product and take it to an authorised Technical Support Service in
the event of any damage.

SOLUTION
• Change the batte-
ries with new ones.
• Insert the batteries
properly.
• Wipe the cavity
where the batteries
sit with a dry cloth.
• The thermometer
should be left in the
location where the
reading is to take
place at least 30
minutes prior to the
same.
• Use alkaline
batteries from well-
known manufacturers
• Replace the bat-
teries.
