Cause
The parking brake is not applied. See

The lift lever for the cutting deck is in mow position. See
The main fuse is blown. See
The ignition lock is defective.
The connection between the cable and the battery is bad. See

The battery is too weak. See
The starter motor is defective.
There is no fuel in the fuel tank. See
The spark plug is defective.
The ignition cable is defective.
There is dirt in the carburettor or fuel line.
