Possible Cause
Charging cannot be started.
Temperature in battery during charging too low
or too high.
Temperature in battery when starting mowing
operation too low or too high.
Active times have been shortened/deleted or
the mowing duration has been extended – the
stored active times are insufficient for the
necessary mowing operations.
Mowing in secondary area successfully
completed.

Remedy
► Check the charging contacts on the docking
station and robotic mower and clean if
necessary.
► Confirm the message by pressing the OK
button.
► Allow the robotic mower to warm up or cool
down.
► Allow the robotic mower to warm up or cool

► Extend the active times or shorten the
mowing duration.
► Return the robotic mower to the mowing area
and dock to charge the battery.
► Repeat edge testing, @ 15.3.
► If the problem persists, have wire routing
checked by an authorized STIHL iMow
