ASSEMBLY

• Place the work sta-
tion upside down on
the ground.
• Unlock the rear lock
knob by turning the
knob
counterclock-
wise.
• Slide the rear leg to
the back of the work
station
releasing
it
from the storage posi-
tion.
• Lift the leg slightly then slide the leg toward
the front of the work station.
• Raise the leg and slide into place before
tightening the rear lock knob securely.
• Lift the foot pedal
and pull toward the
front of the work sta-
tion until it clicks into
place.
• Raise the right front leg until it rests against
the front of the work station. Turn the front
lock knob one half turn until the round section
of the knob tightens securely against the hous-
ing.
• Raise the left front leg until it rests against
the front of the work station. Turn the front
lock knob one half turn until the round section
of the knob tightens against the housing.
Note: several turns may be required during the
initial setup until the clamp tightens.
• Place the arm transport lock in the lock posi-
tion to prevent the sliding clamp from falling
out.
• Turn the work sta-
tion over placing it up-
right on the ground.
Recheck that all knobs
are tightened and all
legs are locked firmly
into place.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of injury, never
attempt to lift the work station until the rear
leg has been properly secured in place.

FOLDING AND/OR CARRYING THE WORK
STATION
• Pull the lock / unlock latch up to unlock.
• Step down on the foot pedal letting the
pedal rise to release the clamps.
• Place the arm transport lock in the locked
position.
• Turn the work station over and place it up-
side down on the ground.
• Unlock the left front lock knob by turning the
knob one half turn. Lower the left front leg un-
til the leg rests on the housing.
• Repeat with the right front lock knob and
right front leg.
• Place a finger in the
foot pedal release and
pull up to unlock the
foot pedal.
Lower
the
foot
pedal until it rests on
the housing.
• Unlock the rear lock knob by turning the
knob counter- clockwise.
• Pull up on the rear leg and slide the leg to-
ward the front of the work station.
• Once the rear leg is
resting on the hous-
ing, slide the rear leg
back.
• With the rear leg
pushed back as far
as it will go, slide the
rear leg into the leg
storage hole.
• Turn the rear lock
knob
clockwise
to
tighten securely.
NOTE: when transporting the work station, the
rear leg becomes the carrying handle.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with
tools to make you careless. Remember that a
careless fraction of a second is sufficient to in-
flict severe injury.
WARNING: Always wear eye protection with
side shields marked to comply with ansi Z87.1.
Failure to do so could result in objects being
thrown into your eyes, resulting in possible se-
rious injury.
