11. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
IF THE UNIT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, PLEASE REFER TO THE TABLE BELOW
TO SOLVE MOST COMMON PROBLEMS:

Do not attempt to disassemble the unit yourself. The manufacturer will

• No water inside the tanks.

Tanks or tubes inside the unit are clogged.
• Taps not working properly.
• Water pump not properly attached.
• Unit is not plugged to the
electrical outlet.
• Hot switch is OFF.
• The unit may have overheated.
• Hot switch is damaged.
• No water inside the hot tank.
• Cold switch is OFF.
• The unit may have overheated.
• Cold switch is damaged.
• Drip tray is full.
• The water bottle cap and hose
connections are loose.
• Water leakage inside of the unit.
• New machine.
• The unit has not been used for a
long time.
• There may be an algae issue.
• The unit is not properly grounded.
• The power cord is damaged.
Solution
• Make sure the unit is plugged to the
electrical outlet.
• Make sure the tanks are filled
with water.
• Open the cabinet door and check the
water pump connections.
• Contact customer service.
• Turn ON the hot switch. Check the
temperature 30 to 45 minutes later.
• Turn OFF the hot switch and allow
the unit to rest for 1 hour. Turn ON
the hot switch again (make sure
there is water inside the tank).
• Contact customer service.
• Turn ON the cold switch. Check the
temperature 45 minutes later.
• Turn OFF the hot and cold switches
and allow the unit to rest for 1 hour.
Turn ON both switches again (make
sure there is water inside the tank).
• Contact customer service.
• Empty the drip tray.
• Open the cabinet door and check
the hose connections.
• Turn OFF the cold and hot water
switches and dry the unit on the
outside and its surroundings.
• If the problem continues, contact
customer service.
• Please proceed with First Time
Instructions on page 8.
