CAUTION
Mechanical damage to the product
Injuries due to changes in or loss of functionality
• Use caution when working with the product�
• Check a damaged product for proper functionality and readiness
for use�
• In case of changes in or loss of functionality, do not continue using
the product (see "Signs of changes in or loss of functionality during
use" in this section)�
• Take suitable measures if required (e� g� repair, replacement, ins-
pection by the manufacturer's customer service etc�)�
• Inform the patient.
CAUTION
Wrong processing of the anchor arms of the laminating anchor
Injuries from falling and breakage to anchor arms
• Avoid excessive or too frequent bending of the anchor arms
• Do not bend anchor arms made of titanium�
• Use the 711S4* bending iron for bending�
NOTICE
Use under environmental conditions which are not allowed
Damage to the product
• Do not use the product under prohibited environmental conditions
(see the chapter "Environmental Conditions")�
• If the product has been exposed to prohibited environmental condi-
tions, check it for damage�
• If damage is apparent or in case of doubt, do not continue using
the product�
• Take suitable measures if applicable (e� g� cleaning, repair, repla-
cement, inspection by the manufacturer or a specialist workshop
etc�)�
• Inform the patient.
