2.2. Rear panel
1. AC power inlet with fuse.
The mains power supply (100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz) has to be applied to this AC power
inlet. The connection is made by an IEC power connector and is fitted with a fuse. When
replacing the fuse, make sure that the value of the replacement fuse matches the value
of the original fuse (T500mAL/250V).
2. Balanced mono line output.
This balanced LINE output block can be connected to the input of a power amplifier.
3. 24 VDC input.
These terminals are provided to connect a 24 VDC battery source.
4. Priority input.
Audio input at 0 dB with talkover function. Once activated it mutes all other inputs
except REMOTE MIC. It does not have individual volume control, but it is affected by
general output volume control.
5. Priority MUTE contact.
A priority mute contact is provided allowing to completely mute all inputs except
REMOTE MIC at the presence of a contact closure between both terminals.
6. Remote mic input.
This RJ45 connector allows to connect PM-4Z (desktop paging microphone) for
individual zone announcement.
7. Balanced line input terminals.
Balanced line level audio sources can be connected to channels 3-6 using 3-Pin
terminal block connectors.
8. Balanced microphone inputs.
Balanced mono sources (e.g. microphones) can be connected to inputs MIC1 and MIC2
using 3-Pin terminal block connectors.
9. Gain controls.
These controls allow to accept variable input level. There is a 44 dB adjustable range:
from-50 dB to -6 dB for microphone input channels and -30 dB to +14 dB for line input
channels.
10. Input channel EQ controls.
These controls allow to equalize the input signal from -15 dB to +15 dB at 80 Hz (LOW),
2.5 kHz (MID) and 12 kHz (HIGH) for channels 1 and 2.
