SoundEar II® provides an eye-catching warning sign whenever
the pre-set noise limit is reached.
Pre-setting and selection of noise limit
You can pre-set your SoundEar II® to provide a visual warning
sign consisting of a flashing red light at 16 different noise limits
ranging from 45 to 115 dB(A).
Use the red wheel (4) at the bottom of the device to select the
desired noise limit. Our website contains information on suitable
noise limits.

® – mounting and connection

You may place your SoundEar II® wherever you want in the room.
However, you do need to consider that the microphone, which is
located at the bottom of the device, must not be covered up. Do
not place your SoundEar II® close to absorbing materials.
Wall-mounted:
Make sure that there is an available socket nearby. Mount the
device on the wall by means of screws (diameter: 8-9 mm) at a
height of 150-200 cm above the floor. Make sure that the cabinet
is securely mounted. When using wall mounting equipment,
please read the instruction leaflet for that particular equipment.
