Tools required: T-Wrench, Feeler gauge
Parts required: Spark plug
IMPORTANT
Use only NGK CMR7H spark plug otherwise severe engine
damage may occur.
1.
Check plug gap. Correct gap is 0.6 mm to 0.7 mm.
2.
Inspect electrode for wear.
3.
Inspect insulator for oil or other deposits.
4.
Replace plug if needed and tighten to 10 N·m - 15 N·m (100
kgf·cm to 150 kgf·cm).
Tools required: Torx L-Wrench T27

If engine idle speed changes when blower pipe is moved, or en-
gine will not reach full wide open throttle speed, adjust throttle ca-
ble.

Loosen handle adjustment Locking knob and tilt Tube Throt-
tle handle forward to expose Adjustment screw .
2.
Turn Adjustment screw until Throttle Trigger free play is 4 -
6 mm.
3.
After adjustment, squeeze and release Throttle trigger sev-
eral times to verify Carburettor Throttle shaft has full range
of movement from idle to wide open throttle positions.
