1. Before plugging in the power cord (10), make sure the
"ON/OFF" switch (11) is turned off;
2. Hold the sander by the handles (3, 4);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch to start the sander;
4. To turn off, release the "ON/OFF" switch.
1. Place the entire surface area of the sanding belt on the
material;
2. Switch on the sander, and move it with some pressure
over the workpiece, doing linear movements;
3. Use a thicker sanding belt for greater material removal
and a thinner sanding belt for finishing. To decide on the
best type of sanding belt to use, perform tests before
using it.
The dust created while the equipment is in use can
be hazardous to health:
▪ Always wear goggles and dust mask when sanding;
▪ All individuals working with the sander or coming into
the work area should wear a dust mask;
▪ It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke while using the
sander;
▪ This sander is used for sanding wood, iron, plastic and
similar materials;
▪ It is strictly prohibited to use this sander on plaster and
surfaces that have leaded paint.
You can turn the sander upside down and attach it to a
workbench using the screw two clamps (12) provided. You
only have to place the two screw clamps on the fixing points
(13).
For more convenience and ease of use, press the "ON/OFF"
switch lock-on button for continuous operation.
Before inspecting, performing any maintenance or
cleaning, turn off the sander and unplug the power cord.
The belt sander does not require any additional lubrication
or maintenance. However, regular cleaning should be
carried out to ensure continuous, trouble-free operation.
Cleaning
After each use, clean all belt sander components. Clean the
sander with a clean, moist cloth or blow with low pressure
compressed air. Careful handling protects the power tool
and extends its service life.
The power tool and its ventilation slots must be kept clean.
Clean the ventilation slots regularly or whenever they
become blocked.
Storage
When not in use, store the belt sander in a dry, clean place,
free of corrosive smoke and out of children's reach.
The packaging is made up of recyclable materials,
which you can dispose on local recycling points.

transposition into national law, power tools must be
collected separately and delivered to the collection sites
provided for this purpose.
