Disassembly
Disassembly and re-assembly should be done according to the sectional drawing only.
Observe the safety instructions of the operation and maintenance manual.
Replace wear parts – in particular the vanes – in due time. Vanes are considered to be worn
when the width is less than 14.5 mm and 16 mm.

Refer to the sectional drawing and spare parts list when disassembling and re-assembling.
Disassembly
Disassemble into main components: 1. Handle, 2. Motor, 3. Gearbox
Separate complete handle after loosening the screws item 10. Remove screws item 441 and
separate the gearbox from the motor.
Continue disassembling
Handle
Remove quick coupling or reducing nipple from the connecting nipple item 8 and unscrew
connecting nipple item 8 from the handle item 1.
Take out pressure spring item 7, ball item 6 and cylinder pin item 5. The sealing ring item 26
is glued and is only replaced, if necessary. Knock out the double notched pin item 3 and pull out
the valve pusher item 2. Screw off the complete valve pusher locking device.
Motor (1.6 kW)
After loosening the screws item 20 from the motor housing item 1, remove the motor cover
item 19. Pull out all motor parts and continue disassembling. If necessary, pull off the rotary
sleeve item 5 from motor housing item 1 and take out sound absorbing material item 4.
