IR illumination distance does not meet expectations

Check if the batteries are sufficiently charged for
operation.
•
High quality 1.5V NiMH AA batteries can provide
more power for IR lighting. Alkaline batteries may
not be able to provide enough amperage to provide
consistent lighting at night.

"Max. range" offers the best IR illumination.
Therefore, please set the night mode to Max Range
for a better visibility distance at night.

For clear images at night, please mount the camera
in a dark environment, without strong light sources
in the frame.
•
Certain surroundings, such as areas with trees or
walls, can give you better images at night. Do not
point the hunting camera towards an open field,
without obstacles, because if there is nothing in the
range of action of the IR wave, it will not reflect the
light back. It's like pointing a flashlight at the sky
at night and we can't see anything. The same thing
happens in the hunting camera.
