Troubleshooting
• check the installation, and the keep
adjustment and alignment
• adjust the hinge plates
check whether magnetic clip is
present (maybe it has dropped out or
was not mounted at all),
check airgap adjustment (if it is too
large, magnet is not triggered)
If the router does not have the WPA2
security standard, the network is not
displayed.
Use WPA2 capable router.
Synchronization of system time
For the access times in the app to
function properly and securely, the
system time of the mobile device
must be synchronized with the app, so
answer the app message with "OK".
