4 - How the Tycam Home camera works
The Tycam Home camera has a motorised lens you can move vertically or horizontally using
the Tydom application.
4 1 Default position
You can set the Tycam Home camera's default position using the Tydom application. This pre-
defined position is the camera's reference position.
After each of the camera's lens movements:
- Track movement following a detection.
- User decides movement using the Tydom application.
- Exit privacy mode.
The camera returns to this position by default
In the Tydom application, select:
Settings > My Home > My Devices > Cameras > Select camera
> Default Position.
Set the desired default position using the movement arrows,
then press «OK».
4 2 Camera activation
Open the camera interface using the Tydom
application:
- Press the arrows to move the camera lens.
- Keep pressing to keep moving.
- Press the central button to return to the default
position.
4 3 Movement tracking
You can turn on «movement tracking» mode to automatically detect and track anyone moving
in the surveillance zone.
When movement tracking is finished, the camera returns to the default position.
In the Tydom application, select:
Settings > My Home >
My Devices > Cameras > Select
camera > Detection > Select
> Track Movement.
