1. Connect the enclosed suction hose
2. Open the water tap.
Alternatively, a garden hose can also be connected.
CAUTION!
v Close the water tap and disconnect the washer from the tap
after cleaning.
3. OPERATION
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Eye injury and personal injury caused by the water jet.
v Remove the battery before you adjust or transport the product.
To charge the battery [ Fig. O1 / O2 / O3 ]:
CAUTION!
v Note the mains voltage! The voltage of the power source must
match the voltage specified on the rating plate of the charger.
Thanks to the intelligent charging process, the charge condition of the
battery is automatically detected and then charged up with the optimal
charge current depending on battery temperature and voltage.
In this way, the battery is treated with care and remains permanently fully
charged when it is stored in the charger.

To start the washer [ Fig. O1 /O6 ]:
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Risk of injury if the product does not stop when you
release the start lever.
v Do not bypass the safety devices or switches. For example
do not attach the start lever to the handle.
To start:
The product is provided with a safety device (start lever with
starting lockout) to prevent the product from being turned on
by accident.
The washer may only be used when a suitable GARDENA protec-
tive cover
(S)
has been pulled onto the battery.
For the Power+ batteries, a suitable protective cover
Art. 14800-00.600.36 can be ordered from the GARDENA Service.
1. Pull the GARDENA protective cover
2. Put the battery
(B)
into the battery holder
3. Push the starting lockout
The washer starts and the battery charge status indication
displayed for 5 seconds.
4. Release the starting lockout
The washer continues to run without having to push the starting lock-
out.
To stop:
1. Release the start lever
(16)
The washer stops.
2. Close the water supply (e. g. water tap).
3. Pull the start lever

3. Prime at a low height (approx. 0 to 1 m).
4. Wait until water is pumped and full pressure is reached.
5. Then move to your working position.
It can take up to 30 seconds (at higher suction heights) until the
water is delivered in suction mode. The maximum suction height
is 2 m.
4. MAINTENANCE
(P)
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Eye injury and personal injury caused by the water jet.
v Remove the battery before you maintain the product.
To clean the washer [ Fig. M1 ]:
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Risk of injury and risk of damage to the product.
v Do not clean the product with water or with a water jet
(in particular high-pressure water jet).
v Do not clean with chemicals including petrol or solvents.
Some can destroy critical plastic parts.
The airflow slots must always be clean.
