11 Troubleshooting
Problem
The device does not function (DC
mode, ignition on).
The control panel does not work.
The display does not respond to key-
strokes.
Display shows !WARNING 01 or !
WARNING 11.
Display shows !WARNING 02 or !
WARNING 12.
Display shows !WARNING 03.
Display shows !WARNING 43.
Display shows !WARNING 14.
Display shows Alert 1: low
voltage.

Possible cause
No voltage was detected in the DC
power outlet.
The DC outlet is dirty. This results in a
poor electrical contact.
The fuse of the DC plug has blown.
The devices DC fuse has blown.
The vehicles fuse has blown.
The battery is empty.
The display is locked.
NTC open circuit
NTC short circuit.
Communication error
Communication error (local)
Inner fan fault
Low voltage
Suggested remedy
In most vehicles the ignition
must be turned on before power
will be supplied to the DC pow-
er outlet.
If the plug of the device be-
comes very warm in the DC out-
let, either the DC outlet must be
cleaned or the plug has not been
assembled correctly.
The fuse in the DC plug fuse
may only be replaced by qual-
ified personnel. Contact the
manufacture's support

The DC fuse inside of the deliv-
ery box may only be replaced
by qualified personnel. Contact
the manufacture's support
ments.dometic.com/contact.
Refer to the manual of you vehi-
cle to replace the vehicle's fuse.
Charge the battery.
