Operations
Note: The display shows information regarding tire
condition, Full Tire Remove and the lever (2,
Fig.4.1-2) that activates the procedure. At the
moment this is the only function enabled to
run the entire work cycle.
"WHEEL DATA OK?" Message
At each new wheel lock, where the dimensions are
not set with the keys 1 and 2 (Fig.4.1-1) or of Wheel
Mode with key 8, the machine displays the WHEEL
DATA OK?" message, with a confi rmation request
(Fig.5.2-1).
The operator must check that the values on the display
match the desired and correct values for the wheel
clamped.
If they are:
• To confi rm and continue press key 3.
If they are not:
• Change the inappropriate settings;
- Rim diameter (keys 1 and 2).
- Operative functions (keys 5 and 6).
- Wheel mode (key 8).
• At the end confi rm with key 3.

5.2.1 Demounting

5.2.1.1 NORMAL mode and SOFT mode

Bead Breaking Procedure
• Move the lever (2, Fig.4.1-2) forwards to perform
the following operations:
- The wheel is moved up to the bead breaking disks
and the bead breaking phase begins.
While the discs are operating on the tire you can
release the lever and continue the rotation procedure
using the pedal. This allows the beaks to be lubricated
as required (Fig.5.2-2).
- During the bead breaking of the upper bead the
machine performs the reading of the rim profi le with
the laser pointer, to acquire the actual dimensions.
- After bead breaking, the disks move away from the
tyre, then the upper automatic tool positions itself
near to the upper bead for the work and stops (with
an audible "beep").
