WARNING
This unit must be serviced by qualified personnel only.
Service by unqualified personnel may lead to electric

Symptom
Unit too hot.
Heat setting too high.
Unit plugged into incorrect power supply.
Unit not hot enough.
Heat setting too low.
Location of unit is susceptible to air currents (air
conditioning ducts or exhaust fans).
Unit not working at all.
Unit not plugged in.
Unit not turned on.
Control panel/temperature control not functioning. Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Heating element is burned out.

WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power, unplug
power cord, and allow unit to cool before performing any
cleaning, setup, or maintenance.
Corrective Action
Press the
key on the control panel to decrease the heat
setting.
Verify with qualified personnel that power supply matches unit
specification.
Press the
key on the control panel to increase the heat
setting.
Block air currents or relocate unit.
Plug unit into proper power supply.
Press the
key on the control panel to turn on the unit.
