Cleaning and maintenance

For hygiene reasons, the meat mincer should be cleaned after each use.
•
Remove all the accessories from the base, then clean the various parts as follows:

Do not use aggressive cleaners or hard objects, such as brushes or sharp metal objects.
Disassembly
Removing the cutter: Place a screwdriver between the cutting device and the head.
Removing the feed chute-equipped meat mincer: press the lock button, then turn the
head clockwise.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Cleaning
Wipe the motor with a damp cloth.
Clean the parts with a solution of lukewarm water
and mild washing-up liquid. Dry them thoroughly
before reassembling the mincer.
