Product usage
Before first use
•
Unpack all the parts. Immediately after unpacking, please check that the unit is complete
and has not suffered any damage during transport. If your goods are damaged or incomplete,
please contact our after-sales service.
•
Clean the unit and its components (
Installation
Press the lock button. Simultaneously place the meat mincer onto the drive shaft, then
turn it anticlockwise to secure it in place.
Insert the worm screw inside the mincer head until the hex recess engages the drive shaft.
Carefully insert the cutting device onto the worm screw.
Insert the mincing screen of your choice (fine, medium or coarse) by aligning its slots
with the notches on the mincer head.
Fasten the nut to secure the assembly in place.
Position the meat dish.
Use
•
Cut the meat into small pieces, making sure to remove any fat or bones (approximate
size: 20 x 20 x 60 mm).
•
Plug the unit into a suitable mains socket, then turn the unit on by pressing the ON button.
•
Place the meat on the tray and into the feed chute, by means of the pusher.
WARNING
Only use the food pusher provided; never insert your
fingers into the mincer.
Note : Should the unit become blocked, use the REV function. The worm screw
will start rotating in the opposite direction and the mincer will then empty. If the
blockage persists, turn off the unit, unplug it and clean it.

After use: press the OFF button.
