Troubleshooting
Problem
An animal or object got
stuck in the product.
The product does not
respond when triggered.
The app does not
respond to the NFC
reader.

Maintenance
It is recommended to use gloves so as not to leave odour traces.

It is recommended to wear a face mask when cleaning the product. Accumulated

germs and dust will be exposed to the air.
A 16g cartridge contains CO

App to see how many shots are left.
Check every 2-3 weeks make sure the bait is not mouldy or stale. Replace the bait

when needed.
Possible solution

Remove the CO

Remove the NFC reader and lure basket

Activate the trap from above with a suitable tool until
the trap no longer responds (approx. 2 times).

Remove the trap from the mount and remove the
object stuck in the trap.

When all objects are removed, mount and activate the
product al described in 5.2.
The CO
cartridge is empty. Replace it immediately.

Remove the plastic tab as described in chapter 5.
The button cell battery is empty. Replace is as
described in chapter 7.3.
Make sure to match the (+) and (-) polarity markings.
