3. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
• To complete the installation of the spotlight, you need to purchase one of the following faceplate codes
plus fastenings for LumiPlus FlexiMini: 74392, 74393, 74394 o 74395. See the corresponding manual.
• This projector complies with international lighting safety standards, in particular with standard EN 60598-
2-18: LUMINAIRES - PART 2: PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS. SECTION 18: LUMINAIRES FOR SWIMMING
POOLS AND SIMILAR APPLIANCES.
• The lamp is class 116, in accordance with standard EN 50065.
• The manufacturer declines all liability for damage or malfunction caused by mishandling, installation, the
use of electrical components not fitted at its facilities or the use of unauthorized spare parts.
• The spotlight may only be used fully submerged in water.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches the end of its service
life, the entire luminaire must be replaced.
• Accessing the interior of the spotlight is strictly forbidden and will void the warranty.
• Working temperature of the water: Minimum 5 ºC - Maximum 40 ºC.
• Maximum installation depth: 0.4 metres from the water surface.
• In pools with saline electrolysis, we recommend installing the LumiPlus Wireless Range Extender, code
64633.
4. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: page
• It is the service engineer's responsibility to ensure that the connector area protected by the gland is 100%
watertight.
• The capacity of the safety transformer must be calculated taking into account that the total connected load
must be oversized by 30%.
• We recommend using the AstralPool underwater connection kit (code 32803) if the cable included needs
to be extended (max. 2x6mm² H07RN8-F)
• If the cable included with the spotlight is not used, the following considerations must be taken into ac-
count:
• The minimum cross-section for the gland is 2x1mm² H07RN8-F, and the maximum cross-section is 2x1.5
mm² H07RN8-F.
• The service engineer is responsible for calculating the required cable cross-section, taking into account the
total load, the length of the cable and the maximum voltage drop allowed, according to current regula-
tions, in order to ensure that the spotlight is powered by 12 VAC.
Please see the tables for the required cable cross-section according to lamp model, type of installation and
cable length.
• The projector's power supply does not have polarity.
5. MAINTENANCE:
This product does not require any type of maintenance work. If you notice that it is not working properly,
please contact our customer attention service.
