providing the laser is activated. If the laser safety circuit deactivates the laser, the
laser warning LEDs briefly flash (as part of a check that they are working
correctly) and then remain off.
times while the Ethernet network determines which other devices are connected
to the network.
The sensor status LED illuminates after approx. 5 s. It illuminates green for
approx. 0.5 s and then blue. The sensor is now switched on and ready for use.
Meaning
Sensor head not switched on or sensor software not booted up.
Sensor OK, ready for operation.
Hardware fault/fault with the image analysis.
Sensor OK but getting hot.
► Check the cooling system.
Sensor tracking.
Sensor sending measurement data (via Ethernet).
Sensor sending measurement data (via Ethernet) but sensor head getting hot.
► Check the cooling system.
Sensor head loading/saving setup data in the internal memory.
The color of the sensor status LED changes based on the
current status of the sensor head. It cannot only change
color, but also flash in two different colors. The sensor is
usually part of another machine, which therefore controls
it. If the sensor head is supplied with power, the LEDs
respond as follows:
