DUTIES OF THE OPERATING COMPANY
Ensure that all of the works listed below are carried out by qualified specialist personnel:
Transport and set-up

The operating company must ensure that personnel who work on the product comply with the regulations and provisions
together with the following instructions:

National and regional regulations for safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations.
No damaged products are assembled, installed or commissioned.
The necessary protective equipment is provided.

4.1.
TRANSPORT

Immediately on receipt check the product for damage in transport. If the product is damaged, do not install or commission
it.

CAUTION
Improper transport to the set-up location

The workstation has a high tare weight – risk of injury if lifted improperly.

Wear foot protection and safety gloves.

Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.

At least two persons must be employed to transport the workstation to the set-up location.

For relocation or transportation, ensure that all drawers and doors are closed and locked.

Damage to items of packaging.

Handle items of packaging in accordance with the symbols and instructions shown on them.

Do not drag them across the floor.

When items of packaging are being transported they must be upright, secured with ropes and protected against slip-

Be aware of the centre of gravity.

Use the lifting points provided.

When putting them down, do so slowly and evenly.

Do not remove the transport packaging until immediately before erection.

Once the device has been erected at the place of erection, remove the transport restraints.

SET-UP

Ambient temperature at place of use: +5 °C to +40 °C.
Set up on level and solid ground.
Use a spirit level to check horizontal levelling of the workstation. If required, level the workstation using height-adjust-
