6.3.2 General installation instructions
•
Installing the SAFETY-INDICATOR reduces the inside height of the device by at least 29 mm (1,14
inch).
•
Due to the long screws on the SAFETY-INDICATOR, it can also be used as a "height-adjustable
support" to limit the inside height.
•
To ensure that the SAFETY-INDICATOR can be installed safely, the device must be positioned on
a level and suitable surface.
•
Depending on the device type, the upper nuts on the screws must be removed to mount the
SAFETY-INDICATOR correctly (Fig. 4/ Fig. 5).
•
By loosening the nuts ( ) on the top of the mounting plate, the threaded rods in the slotted holes
can be moved ( ) if necessary (Fig. 6/ Fig. 7).
•
Once the SAFETY-INDICATOR has been installed, all fastening nuts must be tightened again!
