5.5 Mounting on a cylinder with dovetail rail (only
with BMP 02-...-07-P...)
Mounting on a cylinder with dovetail rail is done with the
holder BAM MC-MP-064-01-1 (see Accessories on
page 26).
1. Fasten BMP in holder.
0,6 Nm (hexagon socket wrench 1.5 mm)

2. Guide the holder (with BMP) into the slot of the cylinder
and fasten it.

5.6 Installation with free position magnet
Mounting screws are required for the installation with free
position magnet (see Accessories on page 25).
A field strength of 3...50 mT (on the mounting
surface along the direction of movement of the
magnet) must be guaranteed for position
magnets.
Distances and tolerances to be observed
The following distances of the position magnet must be
observed to ensure proper function:
