Cause
A fault has occurred: Pump not running/pump faulty.
Double pumps only:
SSM master pump: One or both participants of
the double pump is/are faulty.
SSM standby pump: Standby pump is defect-
ive.
DIP switch in the master or standby pump in
wrong position.
Dual-pump management connecting cable not
connected.
Connecting cable connected with wrong polarity.
Remedy
Note the error code at
the pump.
Read the installation
and operating instruc-
tions for the pump.
Move DIP switch to a
different position.
Check the dual-pump
management con-
necting cable.
