SOLUTION
Follow the instructions to adjust the volume
Make sure the earphones are on and
connected
Make sure the sound source is playing
Some smartphones require you to setup
the BT as an audio output device before any
sound can be played. Please check your
smartphone instructions. If you're using
a music player or other BT device, please
make sure it supports the A2DP stereo
music profile
The earphones need to be supported by
your computer's BT adapter. To make sure
your computer's BT adapter is functioning
correctly, update the drivers to the latest
version. In addition, you may need to check
if your computer's BT adapter supports
A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile),
HSP (Headset Profile), HFP (Hands-free
Profile), and/or AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote
Control Profile)
Move the devices closer and away from any
interference or obstruction
