Insert w ireintonozzle andturnbackandforthto
clearobstruction.
Remove additional debrisby backflushing water
supply through nozzle extension. Back flush
between 30to 60seconds. Turnnozzle extension
to stream sprayandmovenozzle fromlowto high
pressure whileflushing.

highpressure h ose.
NOTE: T heabove twoo-ringsareclosein size.
Please match carefully to assure proper o-ringusage.
• 1 rubber w asher, ( p/nB2385) f ortheinsideofthe
gardenhoseconnector.
• Reinstall nozzle intonozzle extension. DoNot
overtighten.
• Reconnect nozzle extension extension t o spray
gun.
• Reconnect thewatersupply, t urnONthewater,
andstarttheengine.
• Testthe pressure w asher byoperating withnozzle
in thehighandthe lowpressure positions.
O-Ring
Maintenance
Through the normal operation of your pressure
washer, the o-rings keep the connections of the hoses
and gun tight and leak-free.
They may become worn
or damaged with use. Provided with your pressure
washer is an O-ring Maintenance Kit containing
replacement o-rings, rubber washer and a garden
hose inlet screen. Not all o-rings will be used.
Parts in the O-Ring Kit Include:
1 o-ring, red, (p/n B2726) for the end of the spray
gun connection between gun and nozzle extension.
1 water inlet screen (p/n B2384) for the garden
hose connector.
To remove a worn or damaged O-Ring:
Use a small flathead screwdriver to get underneath
the o-ring and pry it off.
ENGINE MAINTENANCE
Checking
Oil Level
Oil level should be checked prior to each use or at
least every 5 hours of operation. Keep oil level
maintained.
Changing
Oil
Change engine oil after the first 5 hours and every 25
hours thereafter. If you are using your pressure
washer under extremely dirty or dusty conditions, or in
extremely hot weather, change oil more frequently.
Change oil while engine is still warm from running, as
follows:
Rotate fuel valve to the "OFF" position to reduce
the possibility of fuel leakage.
Remove all gasoline from tank.
Clean area around oil fill, remove oil dipstick and
wipe it clean.
Insert and remove the dipstick without screwing it
into the filler neck.
