Aim Your Camera
Your camera has a red LED to indicate the PIR Sensor detection
coverage area and the capture area. Please follow the instructions
below to test that area:
After mounting the camera on a pillar or tree using the supplied
mounting strap, open the cover and then slide the switch from
the OFF position to the TEST position.
The word "tESt" appears on the LCD screen.
Walk around in front of the camera. The
red indicator LED will blink when you have
intruded the coverage area.
Adjust the camera position as needed and repeat testing until
the desired coverage area is achieved.
When you have completed testing, slide the switch from TEST to
the A, B or MAN position.
Now the status display will count down 60 seconds giving you
time to leave the coverage area.
NOTE: Don't forget to slide the switch from TEST to A, B or
MAN before you leave the field, otherwise the camera will not
take any pictures/videos and will power off after 5 minutes
without operation. Wake up the camera by sliding the switch
to OFF then to TEST, A, B or MAN.

Using the camera in PIR Detection Mode

Mount the camera on a pillar or tree using the provided
mounting strap.
Open the cover and slide the switch from the OFF position to A,
B or MAN. At this point, the status display will count down 60
seconds for you to close up the cover and lock it then leave the
trigger area.
If you chose MAN then make sure your camera is in the PIR
mode and not Time Lapse (TLS). If you are not sure, please
follow the § "Camera setup and program" above to set the
