Bluetooth pairing
Hilti products ship ex-works with Bluetooth deactivated. Bluetooth switches itself on automatically
during initial operation.
If pairing is interrupted, the procedure is canceled after ten seconds. If this happens, pairing has to be
recommenced from the beginning.
1. Turn the rotary selector switch to "Bluetooth".
▶ Display shows Bluetooth symbol.
2. Press the non-latching rocker switch on the remote control unit.
▶ The green and blue LEDs on the remote control unit show steadily.
3. Wait until the pump has found the remote control
unit.
▶ Display shows Bluetooth symbol with running
dots.
4. Wait until the serial number of the remote control unit
is shown on the display.
5. Compare the serial number on the display with the
serial number on the remote control unit.
6. If the serial number is correct, press the non-latching
rocker switch on the pump to confirm the connection.
▶ Display shows Bluetooth symbol and remote con-
trol unit symbol.
7. Press the non-latching rocker switch on the remote control unit to confirm the connection.
8. If the Bluetooth connection was successfully estab-
lished, the following appears on the display:

Rejecting serial number
If several remote control units are used and the wrong serial number is displayed.
1. Follow the instructions until the serial number is displayed. → page 9
2. Press the non-latching rocker switch on the pump to reject the serial number.
▶ The rejected serial number is ignored for ten seconds.
3. The next possible serial number is shown on the display.
4. Repeat the procedure until the correct serial number is displayed.
5. Exit the pairing procedure. → page 9

Unpairing Bluetooth connection
The Bluetooth connection is automatically unpaired after 15 minutes' inactivity.
▶ Turn the rotary selector switch to "Bluetooth".
▶ The connection to the remote control unit is disconnected.
