INTRODUCTION

The ORIEN Ice Makers find wide application in households, bars, restaurants, hotels,
supermarkets, etc. These units produce crystal-clear, gourmet cube ice, and offer
convenience for homeowners and hotel guests. An insulated ice storage bin is built
into each ice maker.
This user' s manual is intended as a resource for persons installing, using and servicing
models FS-65IM, FS-85IM and FS-110IM. It contains valuable information on
safety and maintenance. Orien USA L.L.C. strongly recommends that this manual be kept
in a place where it can be accessed when needed.
Every ORIEN Ice Maker is designed and manufactured according to the highest
standards of safety and performance. It meets or exceeds the safety standard of UL563.
