Installing the bulb
Step 1: Remove screw at the top of the fixture and open door.
Step 2: Using gloves or a soft cloth, gently insert bulb by pressing one
end into the spring loaded socket and repeat with the opposite
end. Bulb should fit securely into contacts.
Step 3: Close door and replace screw at the top of fixture.
Assembling your fixture
Step 1: Loosen the swivel bolt (E) located
on the back of the fixture.
Step 2: Thread the junction box
coverplate (F-not included)
onto the mounting arm (G).
Step 3: Secure the locknut (H) to the
coverplate.
Wiring your fixture
Step 1: TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY.
Step 2: Connect the black wire to the black supply wire (hot).
Step 3: Connect the white wire to the white supply wire (neutral).
Step 4: Connect the ground wire to the supply ground or a grounded junc-
tion box . N OT E : Be careful to connect the wires correctly.
Make sure no bare strands of wire extend from the wire nut or
other approved wire connector (not prov i d e d ) .
Step 5: Attach fixture and cove rplate to junction box and fasten securely.
N OT E : This fixture can be used with a dimmer switch to adjust light
o u t p u t . To install a dimmer sw i t c h : Use a dimmer switch designed
for incandescent lighting that has a rating of 500 watts or higher.
Fo l l ow the installation instructions included with the dimmer sw i t c h .
Keeping the halogen bulb in a dim mode for an extended peri-
od of time may shorten the life of the bu l b . To ach i eve maxi-
mum bulb life, o c c a s i o n a l ly turn sw i t ch to full brightness for a
few hours .

Regent Lighting Corporation ("the Company") warrants this product (the
"product") against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five
years from date of original purchase, and agrees to repair or, at the
Company's option, replace a defective product without charge for either
replacement parts or labor during such time. This does not include labor to
remove or install fixtures.
