Steam cleaning

1. Pour 250 ml of water into a bowl and place on the bottom of the oven interior.
2. Close the appliance door.
3. Set the function selector to heating from below.
4. Set the temperature regulator to 50 °C.
5. Heat the interior of the appliance for approximately 30 minutes.
6. Open the appliance door.
7. Wipe the interior of the appliance with a sponge or cloth and warm water with a
little detergent.
8. Rub the interior of the appliance dry with a cloth.

16.1 Removing the oven door

The oven door can be removed for cleaning and for better access
to the oven interior.
1. Open the oven door and press the folding brackets on the
hinges on both sides upwards.
2. Press the door slightly, lift it up and pull it out to the
front.
3. Insert the oven door in the reverse order.
4. When inserting, make sure that the recess of the hinge
fits correctly with the hook of the hinge bracket.
5. Afterwards the two folding brackets must be put down
again. If not, they will damage the hinges when closing
the oven door.

16.2 Cleaning the inner glass plate

1. The inner glass plate in the oven door can be removed for
cleaning.
2. Unscrew both plastic parts at the upper side corners of the
oven door as well as the refrigerating plate and put them aside.
3. Remove the glass plate and clean it.
