How to vacuum and seal a bag
1.- Choose an adequate bag to vacuum seal the food. Keep in mind that this vacuum sealer is
only compatible with embossed vacuum bags or rolls with a maximum width of 30 cm.
2.- Place the food inside the bag.
3.- This vacuum sealer is not designed for liquids. Attempting to vacuum seal a bag containing
liquid may damage the appliance. It is recommended to follow the instructions below:
a.- Fresh moist foods: Place absorbent paper between the food and the upper part of
the bag so that when performing the vacuum seal the liquid does not enter the
appliance.
b.- Soups and liquids: To vacuum seal soup or a food with sauce, it is necessary to
freeze the liquid beforehand and place it in the bag frozen to perform the vacuum
seal.
c.- Food with tips and sharp edges (bones, pasta, etc.): To prevent perforation of the
bag during the vacuum cycle, cover these parts using absorbent paper.
4.- Select the vacuum pressure level using the vacuum pressure button.
5.- Select the sealing time using the seal button.
6.- Position the end of the vacuum bag on the sealing bar. Make sure that the end of the bag
remains positioned inside the vacuum chamber (5) (PHOTO 8).
7.- Close the lid of the vacuum sealer and press the handle down to lock the lid (PHOTO 9)
8.- Press the following buttons as required:
a.- To perform automatic vacuum sealing: Push the vacuum/seal button. The cycle will
run automatically (PHOTO 10).
b.- To perform manual vacuum sealing: Press and hold the vacuum button
continuously until achieving the desired pressure. Release the button so that it
stops drawing air from the inside of the bag and press the seal button to seal
the vacuum bag (PHOTO 11).
9.- When the sealing cycle has finished, lift the lid handle and remove the vacuum bag (
PHOTO 12).
!
It is recommended to wait 1 minute between consecutive sealing cycles.
