4.1 Controls
Before operating the machine ensure that you have
well understood the position and function of all the
controls.
SMART SPEED operation:
Maximum speed for a given stall torque.

The operator has the first left pedal in rest position (1).
By pressing down the pedal in position (2), the wheel
support starts rotating clockwise.
By pressing the pedal fully down into position (3) the
SmartSpeed function will be activated and the wheel
support will rotate at the maximum speed (approx. at
20 rpm).
By lifting the pedal in position (4) the wheel support
will start to rotate counterclockwise.

• Insert the foot under the pedal and pull up; the lifter
will move up. Once the desired height is reached,
release the pedal to stop the lifter.
• Press the pedal down to make the lifter move down.
• Release the pedal to stop the lifter. To move the
lifter down completely, keep the pedal pressed until
the lifter reaches the ground. IT is forbidden to use
the lifter for purposes other than loading/unloading
wheels (or rims) from the Turntable. The lifter has
a maximum capacity of 70Kg/154lb.

• Press down the lever to open the bead breaker
arm.
• Release the lever to stop the arm.
• Pull the lever upwards to close the bead breaker
arm: by doing this the arm will move towards the
machine.
DO NOT MOUNT AND DEMOUNT THE TIRE WITH
THE LIFTER UP.
