Fitting the heating elements

Ensure that the Ceramill Therm is not connected
to the power supply. Remove the back of the casing.
Remove the earth cable from the inside of the
back wall.

Carefully insert the heating elements into the
pipes provided for that purpose in the furnace
chamber.
cautIOn! Proceed with utmost caution (risk of
breakage)!

Align the contact wings of the heating elements
vertically. Ensure that the heating element has a
loose and stress-free position.

Then screw the conductor lines loose with the aid
of the bolts and washers.

If necessary, carefully tighten the screw con-
nections by means of a spanner (size across
flats 10). Steadying the screw by hand prevents
the heating elements being burdened unre-
stricted.
Insert the earth cable on the inside of the back
wall and screw the back of the casing shut
again. Connect the Ceramill Therm to the power
cord in the power point (16 A).
