● Press and hold [CLR] for 1 second to delete the displayed message and return to the DSC menu.
SETTING MODE:
■ Set mode operation:
The set mode is used to change the settings of the transceiver´s functions: Scan Type, Scan Resume Timer, Weather Alert, Dual/Tri-watch,
Beep Operation, LCD Backlight, LCD Contrast, AF Level Adjustment, Favourite Channel, and Remote ID.
Set mode operation method is as follows:
1. Power OFF the transceiver.
2. While pressing and holding the [16] key, Power ON the transceiver's to enter the Set mode.
3. When "SCAN" appears, release the [16] key.
4. Press the [16] key to select the desired function.
5. Press [▲] or [▼] to select the desired setting of the function.
6. Power OFF the unit, and power ON again to exit the setting mode.
