3.Mechanical Strength:160mm
4.Objective conjugate distance:195mm
5.Observation head:
Observation head is mainly used to change the direction and path of light propagation to adapt to different users and achieve a variety of
observation effects. This microscope is standard equipped with binocular observation head, 45° tilt, 360° rotation.
6.Converter:
The converter adopts advanced rolling bearing structure, which is well-processed and positioned accurately, which can better meet the
requirements of microscope alignment and center unity, making the operation comfortable and convenient for the observer.
7. Platform:
Double-layer mechanical mobile platform, with N.A.1.25 Abbe condenser, color filter holder, rainbow iris diaphragm.
8.Focus System:
The microscope adopts a coaxial rack and pinion focusing mechanism with coarse and fine movements. The focus range of coarse and fine
movement is 14mm, and the fine adjustment step value is 0.015mm. Turn the coarse focusing handwheel (large), the platform (5) will rise
and fall quickly; turn the fine handwheel (small), the platform (5) will slowly and accurately rise and fall. The platform limit nut (12) and the
platform limit screw (13) limit the rising limit position of the platform (5), so that the lifting of the platform (5) has absolute safety and reliability
during focusing, and will not be caused by the platform ( 5) The rise is too high and the objective lens breaks the glass section. In general, it
has been adjusted when the product leaves the factory. In case of deviation during use, it can be adjusted as follows: first loosen the
platform limit nut (12), screw up the platform limit screw (13), put the 40X objective lens at the working position, and then place it on the
platform (5) Put the specimen slice on top, then raise the platform (5) to the position where the specimen slice contacts the objective lens,
keep the platform still, turn down the platform limit screw (13) to contact the guide rail in the rack, and use the platform limit nut (12 ) to
secure the position of the platform stop screw (13).
9.Light Source System
LED light, soft light, long life (about 100,000 hours), good safety. It generates less heat and won't burn your hands no matter how long you
use it. Equipped with a rechargeable battery, it can be used in a working environment without electricity temporarily.
The center of the illuminator is important to the imaging quality of the microscope. When the center of the illuminator deviates from the
center of the microscope objective lens, there may be a bright side and a dark side in the field of view.
The illuminator has a certain service life. When replacing the illuminator, it must be consistent with the illuminator equipped with the
instrument. Before changing the illuminator, unplug the power plug of the instrument. After the microscope cools down, put the microscope
backwards, take out the illuminator door cover screw (15), flip up the door cover, take out the old illuminator, and replace it with a new
illuminator to ensure that the illuminator is safe. The center is in the correct position. Return the door cover to its original position, and tighten
the illuminator door cover screws (15).
Do not touch the glass part of the illuminator with your hands. Wear gloves or cover the illuminator with a protective cover when installing.
Use a clean cloth dipped in pure alcohol to wipe off fingerprints and smudges on the glass, because these things on the surface of the
illuminator will weaken it. brightness and cause the illuminator to burst.
During lighting or just after lighting, the illuminator and heat dissipation ribs will be very hot. Be careful not to let the illuminator burn yourself
when changing the illuminator, but don't panic.
