Causa
The engine does not start:
• There's no fuel in the carburetor;
• There's no fuel in the tank;
Fuel line hose is clogged;
Fuel line hose incorrectly assembled or bent;
• The fuel in the tank is of poor quality, has water, is
dirty or is already old;
• The spark plug cap is off the spark plug;
Ignition coil is not properly connected;
• The spark plug has soot or is damaged; Wrong
distance between the electrodes;
• The air filter is dirty;
• The fuel filter is clogged;
• The combustion engine is "wet" due to many
attempts for starting it;
Low performance:
• Improper fuel mixture;
• Incorrectly adjusted throttle cable;
• Fuel filter clogged, defective carburetor or valves
clogged;
The engine runs irregularly and produces smoke
excessively:
• The air filter is dirty;
The engine overheats:
• Cooling fins are dirty;
Excessive vibrations:
• Loose engine housing;
Solution
• Press the carburetor primer bulb several times until
it is filled with fuel;
• Fill the tank with fuel;
Clean the fuel line hose;
Place the fuel hose correctly or straighten it;
• Empty the fuel tank and carburetor primer bulb;
Use new fuel (proper mixture).
• Install the spark plug cap in the spark plug;
Check the connection of the ignition coil
• Clean / replace the spark plug;
Adjust the distance between the electrodes;
• Clean / replace the air filter;
• Clean the fuel filter;
• Loosen the spark plug and dry it, pull the starter
handle several times with the spark plug
unscrewed;
• Use a suitable fuel mixture;
• Adjust the throttle cable;
• Replace or repair faulty parts;
• Clean / replace the air filter;
• Clean cooling fins;
• Screw the engine fixing screws;
