OPERATION
3. Install the two detent pins with pull rings (Item 1) to secure the two telescoping leg/wheel assemblies (Item 2).
4. Install the two rear locking swivel caster wheels (Item 1) and secure with the supplied fl ange bolts (Item 2) and nuts
(Item 3). Torque the nuts to twenty-three (23) foot-pounds.
