HOLD button
Press button 7) to freeze the displayed value. The meter will display HOLD.
To disable this function, press button 7) until HOLD disappears from the display.
BACKLIGHT button
Press button 8) to enable or disable display backlight.
MEASUREMENTS
Wind velocity measurement
Press button 3) to select the VEL function; press button 5) to select the unit of
measurement.
Take the measurement by holding the meter perpendicular to the air flow.
AIR FLOW AREA setting
Air volume measurements require setting the air duct area.
To set the air duct area, press button 3) to enter the AREA function.
Press button 5) to select the value; press button 6) to move to the right as the values
are set.
After setting the unit of measurement in the same way, press button 5) to confirm the
set value and exit this function.
Air volume measurement
Air volume measurements require setting the air flow exit area:
AIR FLOW AREA setting
To set the area, press button 3) to enter the AREA function.
Press button 5) to set the value; press button 6) to move to the right as the
values are set.
After setting the unit of measurement in the same way, press button 5) to
confirm the set value and exit this function
After setting the area, select the FLOW function by pressing button 3) and take the
measurement by holding the meter perpendicular to the air flow.
