Not enough water
The Cleaning System light and water tank blink orange.
The extraction buttons turn a continuous green.
Refill the water tank.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Fill the water tank and press any extraction button to restart the
preparation of the beverage.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support.
Water flow error
The Cleaning System light turns orange and water tank blink orange.
The extraction buttons turn a continuous green.
Check whether the water tank contains water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Press the Espresso button for 3 seconds. The machine will reset and return to
Standby Mode. Then press any extraction button to start the machine.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support.
Obstructed capsule
The capsule light turns orange. All other lights switch off.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Remove deposit for used capsules and check that the capsule has not been
stuck. If the problem persists, press the Espresso button for 3 seconds.
The machine will reset and return to Standby Mode. Then press any
extraction button to start the machine.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support.

Obstruction in the capsule holder inlet
The capsule light blinks orange. All other lights switch off.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Check that no capsule is stuck in the entrance of the capsule holder.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support.
Deposit for used capsules is full or out of position
The deposit for used capsules light blinks orange.
All extraction buttons switch off.
Remove the deposit for used capsules and clean it.
Temperature sensor out of service
All extraction buttons blink green. The Cleaning System, the deposit for used
capsules and the capsule blinks orange.
The water tank blinks orange. The machine does not respond.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Press the Espresso button for 3 seconds. The machine will reset and return to
Standby Mode. Then press any extraction button to start the machine.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support.
Descaling
The Cleaning System light turns orange.
The extraction buttons turn a continuous green.
The descaling warning is automatic.
