H. Detach spray gun and nozzHe extension from high
pressure hose. Detach nozzHe extension from spray gun
and remove o:ring and screen from nozzHe extension.
Hush screen_ spray gun_ and nozzHe extension with
cHean water to cHear debris.
2. PHace inoHine filter screen into threaded end of nozzHe
extension. Direction does not matter. Push screen in
with eraser end of pencil until it rests fiat at bottom of
opening.TaH<e care to not bend screen.
3. PHace o:ring into recess. Push o:ring snugly against
inoHine filter screen.
4. AssembHe nozzHe extension to spray gun_ as described
earHier in this manual
Nozzle Maintenance
A pulsing sensation felt whiHe squeezing the spray gun
trigger may be caused by excessive pump pressure.The
principaH cause of excessive pump pressure is a nozzHe
cHoKed or restricted with foreign materiaHs_ such as dirt_
etc.To correct the probHem, immediately dean the nozzHe
following these instructions:
H. Shut off engine and turn off water supply.
2. Remove nozzHe from end of nozzHe extension.
3. Remove inoHine filter from other end of nozzHe
extension.
4. Use a smaHH paper chip to free any foreign materiaH
dogging or restricting nozzHe (Figure H8).

Using a garden hose, remove additionaH debris
by
bacH<
flushing water through nozzHe extension (Figure H9).
BacH< flush between 30 to 60 seconds.
6. ReinstaHH nozzHe and inoHine filter into nozzHe extension.
7. Reconnect nozzHe extension to spray gun.
8. Reconnect water suppHy, turn on water, and start
engine.
9. Test pressure washer by operating with each quick
connect nozzHes.

Purchase an O-Ring/Maintenance Kit_ part number
H9H92.2.GS by contacting the nearest authorized service
center. It is not incHuded with the pressure washer.This kit
incHudes repHacement o-rings_ rubber washer and water
inHet filter. Refer to the instruction sheet provided in the kit
to service your unit's o-rings.
Pump Maintenance
Changing Pump
Oil
Change oiH every 50 hours or once yearly, whichever
occurs first.
NOTE:You must purchase a premeasured bottle of pump
oil item number H90585GS_ by contacting the nearest
authorized service center.
Change
pump
oil as follows:
H. Drain engine oiH and fuel from pressure washer.
2_. Use a 8ram aHHen wrench to remove bHack pump oiH cap
between high pressure outlet and garden hose inHet
(Figure 2.0).
