Using silicone sealer
□
Make sure the surface of the exterior wall and the fixture backplate are free of dirt.
□
Using silicone sealer (not included) start on one side of the fixture backplate and follow the contour where the fixture
backplate meets the exterior wall surface.
□
Proceed to seal around backplate.
Care and Cleaning
□
Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry, soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully.
□
To clean the fixture, disconnect power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box, and use a dry or
slightly dampened, clean cloth to wipe the exterior surface of the fixture.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The light(s) will not turn on.
The fuse blows or the circuit breaker
trips when the light is turned on.
NOTE: To ensure proper moisture drainage, do not seal
bottom of fixture backplate.
Possible Cause
The bulb is burned out.
The power is off.
There is a faulty switch.
There is a faulty wire connection.
There are crossed wires, or the power
wire is grounding out.
Solution
□
Replace the light bulb.
□
Ensure the power supply is turned on.
□
Test or replace the switch.
□
Check the wiring.
□
Discontinue use of the light.
□
Check the wire connections.
□
