Possible Cause
The bulb is burned out.

There is an exposed wire.
Solution
Replace the light bulb.
Ensure the power supply is turned on.
Ensure the cord is plugged into an outlet.
Ensure the circuit breaker is set in the "ON" position.
Discontinue use of the lamp. Unplug the unit from the wall.
