Read and understand the operating

The operator is responsible for accidents or risks to third
parties.
Persons over 16 years of age can only work on the appli-
ance. An exception includes youngsters trained in order
to reach knowledge under supervision of the trainer
during occupational education.

Specified Conditions of Use
The jack may not be used for lifting persons.
Do not load the device beyond the maximum permissi-
ble load specified in the technical data.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for
normal use. Not observing general regulations in force
and instructions from this manual does not make the
manufacturer liable for damages.
Before starting work, make sure that all screws are firmly
tightened.
Always start lifting in the lowest position that the work-
piece allows.
Make sure that the device is standing securely.
Prevent the load from swinging, as swinging can lead to

This device is designed exclusively for use on firm, flat
and smooth ground with sufficient load capacity to
support the load.
Use only the supplied extensions and attach them as
described in these instructions.
Before operating the device, make sure that the exten-
sions are securely fastened.
Persons who are unable to operate the device because
of their physical, sensory or mental abilities or their inex-
perience or unfamiliarity must not use the machine.
If the device shows visible damage, the device must not
be operated.
Repairs to this device may only be carried out by a quali-
fied electrician. Improper repairs can cause considerable
danger.
Observe all safety instructionsto avoid injuries and
damage.
Do not use the workshop crane in the following circums-
tances::
• In difficult conditions (e.g. very cold or hot climate,
under the influence of strong magnetic radiation) and
other situations
• In connection with explosive substances, mines etc.,
and similar situations
• Power supply from electricity grids, on which the to-
lerances in terms of voltage, frequency, etc., vary from
that of the public electricity supply
• To lift loads that contain the following materials, for
example, molten metal, acid, radioactive material
or loose goods that are not firmly connected to one
another and similar situations
• In contact with food products and similar situations
• On ships and in similar situations
