Buttons
The buttons are touch keys. Gently touch the buttons with a finger to use
them.
= On/off = Power the fan on or off.
= speed = 6 speed settings, press to change speed. Default speed is 3.
= Swing/OSC = Press to activate or deactivate oscillation, the fan
will turn left and right.
= Mode = Fan modes: 1 press: nature mode changes fan speed
randomly, 2 presses: sleep mode lowers fan speed gradually over
time. 3 presses: normal mode, which also is default mode.
= Timer = Press to activate a timer. There are 2 types of timers.
Switch-on and Switch-off.
If the product is turned off it will activate a Switch-on timer.
If the product is turned on it will activate a Switch-off timer.
Timer range is between 1 to 9 hours.
If a switch-on timer has been set it will turn on after the timer has
expired.
If a switch-off timer has been set it will turn off after the timer has
expired.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning, switch the device off and disconnect the product from the
mains. Never clean this product when it is connected to power!
Use a soft dry cloth to clean the product.
For tougher stains you can use a moistened cloth with a mild detergent.
Wipe off with a dry cloth and let the fan dry before using it again.
Keep the fan grille free from dust.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products or polishing cleaning products to
clean. They can damage the surface of the fan.
Before storage we recommend that you clean it first.
For storing the product, we recommend using the original carton. Store in
a cool and dry place protected from dust.
Troubleshooting
Problem A: Appliance does not work.
Cause A1: The appliance has no power supply.
Solution A1: Test the power outlet with another appliance. Reconnect the
power cable. Check the main circuit breaker.
Cause A2: The appliance is faulty.
Solution A2: Consider contacting our support or the retailer or a company
specializing in fan repair.
Problem B: Wi-Fi does not function.
Cause B1: Wi-Fi LED does not flash or light up. The Wi-Fi function has
been switched off.
Solution B1: Try to reset the Wi-fi on the fan or reconnect the Wi-fi. The fan
might need to be disconnected from the mains power for a few minutes.
Cause B2: Wi-Fi LED will flash quickly. The appliance is not connected to
a smartphone.
Solution B2: Try to connect the fan via the app.
Cause B3: The distance to the router is to far.
Solution B3: Place the appliance closer to the router.
Cause B4: Can't connect to network.
Solution B4: Only 2.4 GHz is supported. 5 GHz is not supported.

Battery disposal
Remove the batteries from the remote control before disposing the fan.
Do not dispose of batteries as regular household waste. Instead follow
local regulations for disposing batteries.
Disposal of the packaging
The carton can be used for storing or moving the product. Dispose of the
packing material by recycling it, according to your local regulations.
