broil, it is best to watch over
food to not overcook.
Do not use glass oven dishes to
broil.

rack in top slot and baking tray
in lower slot to catch grease
drippings.
CAUTION: Aluminum foil is not
recommended for covering the
rack. If covered, the foil prevents
the fat from dripping into the
drip tray. Grease will
accumulate on the foil surface
and may catch fire.

work great with this function.
